Minerals and artworks are natural or handmade pieces. Variations in colour, texture, structure and size are inherent characteristics and are not defects. Photographs and descriptions are prepared carefully, but colours may vary between screens.
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately according to destination and parcel details. Prices may be updated when availability or other conditions change.
A request is confirmed only after the item, delivery method and total have been agreed. Payment details are provided privately after confirmation. NotOnlyRocks may cancel a request if an item is unavailable, a price is incorrect or payment cannot be confirmed.
Items are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and VAT where applicable. Tracking is provided when available.
For eligible consumer purchases in the European Union, you may notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Any refund is issued after the item is received and inspected.
Returns from outside the European Union are considered case by case. Please contact us before sending anything back.
NotOnlyRocks is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Where liability applies, it is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law.
