No. Prices are indicative. The final amount depends on availability, destination and sometimes customization. We confirm the total by email before shipment.
Add the items you are interested in to the request form and submit it. We will contact you to confirm availability, answer questions and discuss the next steps.
After the item and shipping method are confirmed, we provide payment details privately. Depending on your location, payment may be made by bank transfer, card or Revolut. There is no automatic online payment system.
We ship from Sofia, Bulgaria, using Bulgarian Post, EMS or other tracked services. If you prefer a particular courier, mention it in your request.
Pieces from a personal collection or made individually on request are generally non-returnable unless there is an issue with the shipment. Custom-made items, including mosaics, are non-returnable.
Send your idea, photo, drawing, theme or even just a feeling. We will suggest a stone composition and layout. After agreeing on the direction and timing, work begins and you receive updates along the way.
