Mineralogy
udialyte is a complex zirconium-bearing silicate typically forming granular masses. Well-formed crystals are rare and mostly limited to alkaline complexes such as the Kola Peninsula. It is commonly associated with aegirine, nepheline, and feldspars.
Origin
The Kola Peninsula is the most important source of collectible eudialyte. Specimens from this region are known for their насыщенный цвет → заменить: rich color and characteristic inclusions in a dark matrix.
Why Collect
Visible crystal combined with a classic locality. Such specimens are less common than massive eudialyte. Suitable both for collections and display.
