No. All prices shown are indicative. The final price depends on availability, shipping destination, and sometimes on customization. I always confirm the total with you personally via e-mail before anything is shipped.
Just add the items you’re interested in to the request form (cart) and submit it. I’ll contact you directly to confirm availability, answer your questions, and discuss the next steps.
Once we confirm the item and shipping method, I’ll send you my payment details. Payments are made privately (by bank transfer, card, or Revolut — depending on your location). There is no online checkout or automatic payment system.
I ship from Sofia, Bulgaria, using Bulgarian Post, EMS, or other tracked services. If you prefer a particular courier, just let me know.
Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- UK & USA: 10–25 business days
- Other countries may vary
As these are pieces from a personal collection or made individually on request, returns are generally not possible unless there is an issue with the shipment itself. Custom-made items (like mosaics) are non-returnable.
